  • Dear Parent/Guardian,
  • It is time to re-enroll for the next school year. New enrollment preference is given to the siblings of our currently enrolled students whenever possible. A sibling is defined as a child living in the same home and sharing the same guardian.
  • It is important that this online form is completed no later than FEBRUARY 14, 2017. Failure to return this form by this date may result in the loss of your child’s place for the 2017-18 school year! Please complete the information below and submit to re-enroll your child. If you would prefer a paper copy of this form, please inform the front office.
  • Complete a Re-Enrollment form for each child who currently attends this school.
